BALEIA GIN: €30
Named after the Portuguese word for whale, Baleia is distilled on São Miguel in the Azores. Sales support marine conservation projects in the region. The gin features seaweed sustainably sourced from the waters around the island, giving it an exceptionally smooth and unique flavour.
SENHOR RAPOSA’S SECRET GIN T: €30
Carefully crafted by Senhor Raposa in the 1800s. This is a gin with a unique botanical, tea leaves from Gorreniana, the only tea plantation in Europe, located on the island of São Miguel. A light tasting gin with notes of citrus round out the flavour profile.
MR PUGSBY’S GIN: €30
Carefully crafted in memory of Mr Pugsby, the legendary companion of Senhor Raposa. This is a classic London Dry Gin. Perfectly balanced, bringing the classic juniper flavour profile together with notes of citrus, inspired by the Azores.
